They will be facing a pitcher in Lugo that has given up two runs or less in all but one of his starts this season. Kansas City are a top 10 offense in runs and they have given up the third least number of runs in the AL. The Royals have hit the under in three of their last four games played and Oakland has gone 2-0-1 on the under in their last three games. I don’t see the Royals scoring enough to push this one over the number.
