His last outing, he went just three innings allowing seven runs on seven hits to the A’s. The Texas Rangers welcome back Max Scherzer for his first start of the season. He has been out due to back surgery. In three rehab games, he is 0-1 with a 4.91 ERA and a 1.18 WHIP in 11.0 innings of work. Marsh has struggled in June, going 1-2 with a 7.20 ERA and a 1.45 WHIP in his four starts. The Royals are scoring 3.29 runs in their last 14 games while the Rangers are averaging 3.69 runs in their last 13 games played. I think Mad Max will give the Rangers a spark and pitch well enough on the mound for the Rangers to get a win.
