The Colorado Buffaloes are 1-1 after losing to Nebraska last week. The Colorado State Rams are also 1-1, with their loss coming at the hands of Texas. Colorado won last year's game in double overtime. Sanders threw for 244 yards but was sacked five times. They can't run block either as they have averaged just 37 yards on the ground. Colorado State was blown out in their opener by Texas but looked better last week. They were able to move the ball on the ground and will need to do that against Colorado. Colorado State will look to get pressure on Sanders and exploit the Buffaloes offensive line. The Rams took Colorado down the wire last season and almost pulled off the upset on the road. Rams' quarterback Brayden Fowler-Nicolosi passed for nearly 400 yards against the Buffaloes last season. Colorado can’t run or pass block and I expect Colorado State to bring the house to put pressure on Sanders. I am looking for a close game and will take the points with Colorado State.
