They are fourth in the NBA with 126.0 points per game thus far They will need to improve their defense as they allow 124.0 points per game. They have the players on the defensive end, especially when Jaren Jackson returns to the lineup. The Rockets are a young team and I am disappointed how they played in game one quite frankly. Jallen Green leads the team. The Houston Rockets are putting up 105.0 points per game so far. The defense is allowing 110. The Memphis Grizzlies are the better overall team despite their injuries to key players. The Rockets blew an 18-point lead at home to begin the season. With Morant on the court, Memphis has an established go-to player when a bucket is needed. I am not sure the Rockets have that guy right now. I look for a close game that Morant takes over in the end.
