The Tennessee Titans take on the Detroit Lions. The Titans are 1-5 and are on a two-game losing streak. The Lions are 5-1 and on a four-game winning streak. Mason Rudolph will make the start for the Texans. The Titans traded WR DeAndre Hopkins to the Chiefs earlier in the week. The Titans have been terrible on both sides of the ball this season. The Lions have been playing great the lasr four weeks, especially on offense. Quarterback Jared Goff has thrown for 1,610 yards with 10 passing touchdowns to four interceptions this season. Over the last four games he is completing over 83.5% of his passes with nine TDs and no interceptions. The defense is 18th in total offense, 5th against the rush and 27th against the pass. I usually don’t like laying big numbers in the NFL. I just can’t see taking the points with the Texans, They are 1-5 ATS while the Lions are 5-1 ATS. Tennessee has scored more than 17 points just once in the last fivr games. Over the last three games, Detroit has scored 30 or more in each of those games. Even without Hutchinson, I can’t see the Texans scoring too many points no matter who is under center.
