DC United are still bottom of the barrel in the MLS, and despite the impressive win over Orlando City on the 4th of July, they still let Orlando FC comeback and almost tie the game. Fountain had been a God-Send for DC, but a defense like Philly is a bad matchup for him as Philly has the best defense in terms of goals allowed (only 13 goals allowed this season).

DC has allowed the 6th most goals this season (30 goals) and 4 of the last 5 away matches they've allowed 2 + goals to their opponents. Not a good recipe when you're allowing that much away from home and playing a great defense.

The odds are close because Philly are 1- 0 - 4 in the last five games at home (haven't lost but have only won 1), but those teams they played in those home matches were WAY BETTER than DC United.

I can see Philly winning this matchup handily and scoring more than 1.5 goals as well (-130 odds on the team total OVER 1.5). But for my best bet, Let's take them on the -0.75 handicap for the best odds!
