The bengals are the better defense and offense all around, especially with Jacoby Brissett sputtering in production as Deshaun Watsons return looms. Joe Mixon is going to torch this run defense, and Joe Burrow should have a decent night even without Jamarr Chase, because Higgins has arguably been just as good as Jamarr this year but not as healthy (until now) and Tyler Boyd has resurgently returner back to his 2019 producing ways. Bengals should roll as the Browns anticipate the start of Deshaun.
