I don't think the Huskies deserve to be -6 against a team that is very similar in output on both sides of the ball. Both have won 1 of the last 2 games and are needing a spark, so I don't see much defense being played in this game given the position of both teams in the standings. The over 55.5 opened up at 55 and now I can even find some 56.5 lines on some books, so the prediction of this going over is even more believable. The Chippewas aren't going to stop the Huskies from scoring if they throw the ball well, as they have allowed an average of 28.6 points per game to teams in the last 5 games, but the QB carousel that the Huskies are on gives me pause to make the Over my official play. The safest play is CMU +6 even thought the line is going the opposite way of where it opened, I don think NIU will be able to score if the QB cant throw over 200 yards (which they haven't in two of the last 3 games and in the one that the QB did throw for 200+, there were also 4 interceptions involved).
