Gimme the over in this match-up where I see the Ray's getting quality opportunities to hit Tarik Skubal though he has won his only home start (against a worse batting team in the Giants). I don't see him getting 9 strikeouts this match with Tampa Bay being one of the best run scoring rotations in the league. Ray's should have 4 to 5 runs before the 5th inning ends as we just seen them blow out the Tigers in game 1 8-0, but I also don't see the Tigers getting shut out AGAIN this game, even with Aaron Civale on the mound for the Ray's who has actually been very well on the road only allowing 7 runs in the last 38 innings pitched away from home. So give me the under and the Ray's to win the game as a side bet.
