Patrick Corbin is going to get lit up by the Redsox tonight. Nationals did well last outing winning 6-2 to tie the series but Corbin closing it out today is not something I would put money on, as he has given up 27 hits and 17 runs in the last 27 inning pitched and the Redsox are one of those teams who has been batting well all year, so bank on Corbin to remain hittable and give up 3-4 runs in the first 5 innings. On the other side we have Chris Sale who has been one of the bright spots for Boston as they have been a poor pitching lineup overall. Only 7 runs given up in the last 5 starts along with 16 hits. I don't think he goes unscathed today, but he should do much better than Corbin to start the game out. It's projected to go over the total of 9 runs and that supports my Official Play on the Redsox Run Line as Chris Sale will account for less damage than Patrick in what could actually be a lower scoring affair than 9.5 runs.
