Two good defenses and 2 unproven new QBs on both sides..... give me the Under. Utah was dominant in the the conference Sacks and points allowed per game last season. Cameron Rising isn't playing today, so that makes me weary on taking the Utes and the points, but unless the Florida QB Graham Mertz can make plays with his legs like Anthony Richardson and hit a precise deep ball on play action, I think Utah -4 is a decent side bet with how close this matchup was last season (ended in a field goal win for Florida but vs a much better QB) than the Utes should win this by a Touchdown or more given they have 7 offensive returning players and 8 defensive returning players.
