I'll side to the Under in this early tournament match in Florida. VCU played very well defensively recently vs 2 teams that average more points per game than Penn State (Iowa State averaged 80+, Boise State 77+) holding them to under 70 points on the road. It's another situation that will call for a similar approach traveling to VCU but the Rams are not offensively talent to put it nicely, averaging only 66 points per game, and barely 30 points a half. This should be a slow methodical first tournament match for these two teams and the under is favored by these teams when you look at their records to it (PSU 4-2 to the under and VCU 5-1 to it)
