NC Central -4.5 is the bet here, with both teams fighting to get off the losing streak, it should be a high scoring game but with Instate rivalries I bet the better defense and being that there isn't much home advantage between the two. NCAT aren't covering small spreads, while NCCU haven't been too hot as short favorites, they've atleast been more competitive in their matchups as well as have played the better teams before this matchup (lost to UGA by 10 as 22 point underdogs, blown out by Virginia) and now play a NCAT team that has struggled to score 70 points (only average 67 points per game). Can't take Instate games lightly, especially with historical black colleges, but I'm betting this will be a cake walk of sorts from NCCU. Take the better team to get off the losing train first.
