I'm on the Under 9.5 runs in this Cardinals @ Reds game, for these reasons:

- Both teams are easily struck out, especially the Reds. Reds have been struck out the 6th most in the MLB, and are last in hits this season so far.

- STL are 2nd to last in Runs this season so far, and neither team have enough At Bats to be scared of their bullpens. I expect these inning to move quickly.

- Andrew Abbott on the mound for the Reds, averaging only 12 earned runs the last 39 innings played, and 32 strikeouts. With 17 strikeouts in the 4 home games played this season, I see him easily letting through this STL lineup.

- Kyle Gibson for STL is starting, and he's got a 1-1 record on the road with a 3.24 ERA, and 22 strikeouts in that stint.
