I’m on the Over 8.5 Runs in this Orioles @ Bluejays game for these reasons:

- Dean Kremer is on the mound for the Orioles and 11 of his 15 starts have gone over. He is 4-8 overall with a 4.39 ERA. He isn’t very good, and he’s likely to not even amount to 5 innings in this matchup. The only thing that the Orioles have over the Bluejays, is run support. The orioles are one of the best teams at the plate and can cushion the gap that Dean might cause against a decent Bluejays team. Dean has given up 7 runs and 11 hits combined in his last two away starts that ended as losses, with only 2 strikeouts in each of those games.

- Bluejays have the better pitcher on the mound with Kevin Gausman but he’s 9-8 on the season, and has a 6.39 ERA at home. He’s given up 7 runs off 9 hits combined in his last 2 home starts but he did have 11 strikeouts.

- Both teams are hard to strikeout, both pitchers are very hittable, and it’s hard to pick a side to win, so I’m predicting success from both offenses but leaning towards the better batting rotation as my side bet.
