Money Line: -130.00 Angels (LAA) (Away)

I’m on the over 7.5 runs in this Angles on the road vs the Whitesox game for these reasons:
- We have to continue to fade the whitesox who are by far the worst team in the MLB especially in this last half of the season. Chris Flexen is starting for Chicago and he’s 1-6 at home with a 4.02 ERA. Their fielding unit is terrible and and heavy reliance on the offense will be needed for them to complete a sweep. However Angels are starting Tyler Anderson, and the Sox are batting an average of .222 vs lefties this season. Angels aren’t good against righties like Flexen, but he’s been so bad, and these games have been so close to either side in this series, it’s worth betting on the road team to avoid a sweep.
- Angels looking to avoid a sweep, and are putting Tyler Anderson on the mound and he’s been better in road spots this season (7-5). His 3.70 ERA is reliable enough for my money to back them against a bad Whitesox batting rotation. Angels certainly have the better fielding unit and relief pitching.
Official Play: Angels Moneyline
Side Bet: Tyler Anderson Over 4.5 Strikeouts
Hail Mary: Over 7.5 Runs
