We’re betting Charlotte here at home vs the Richmond Spiders for these reasons:

- Charlotte is 4-4 at home vs Richmond all time. These 2 used to be conference brothers, and though Richmond is 12-8 in all games played vs Charlotte, history states it’s a more even playing field with Charlotte at home.

- Richmond really only have one scorer if you go back and peep the Marist game, Delonnie Hunt. He’s an undersized gaurd that I see having issues vs a team with size like Charlotte because he is not a good shooter from deep and Charlotte have Bigs at SF, and PF over 6”6 that will be crowding the paint.

- Charlotte aren’t good defensively, but in the blowout to Utah State, Utah only made 7 threes. With a team like Richmond coming to town that primarily attempts a high number of deep shots, Charlotte should continue the three point defense vs Richmond and make them slow the game down.

- I like teams coming home off a loss vs teams who have just lost at home. The motivation of both teams are high, but home team has the special edge and are going to bounce back in a big way at home.
