Jacksonville handled Indy 24-0 in the first meeting of the season. Jacksonville has been a rough place for the Colts to play but they have done much better at home against Jacksonville winning the last 4 meetings and 8 of the last 9. I think think Jacksonville is the better team with more upside and this Colts team is a mess. I think Jacksonville wins this game but will take the +2.5 because I could see this being a very close boring game.
