The Saints are coming into this game off of a 34-0 win on the road against the Patriots in their last game but now they are playing their 2nd straight road game and they have still lost 2 of their last 3 games as well. Their defense has been good this year but their offense has not been good as they have scored just 20 points or less in 4 of their 5 games. They are going up against a Texans team that is coming off of a loss on the road to the Falcons in their last game but they only lost by 2 points and played very well in that game. The Texans have won 2 of their last 3 games, including their last game at home, and their offense has been a lot better as they have scored 30 points or more in 2 of their last 3 games. Their defense has also been good as they have allowed 17 points or less in 2 of their last 3 games. Both of these teams have been struggling to run the ball this year and both have also been stopping the run very well. The Saints are coming off of a big win but a lot of that was their defense carrying the load as their offense has not scored many points this season and they have struggled to create big gains down the field. The Texans have been the opposite with their passing game as they have been able to create plays down field and that is going to be the difference in this game as Stroud has been playing much better than Carr. The Texans are going to cover the spread in this game.
