The Warriors are coming into this game with a 0-1 record to start the season as they already lost in their home opener to the Phoenix Suns. They lost that game by 4 points in a game they had a chance to win but now they are going to be hungry to bounce back in this game. The Warriors were awful on the road last season but they are completely aware of that fact and they are going to be focused on repairing that record this season. After the way they opened their season with a loss at home in their last game, there is no way they are not going to get up for this game on the road against a team that they do not have to travel far to play. They are going up against a Kings team that is 1-0 as they are coming off of a big road win by double digits against the Jazz in their last game, but this is still the same starting lineup that lost to the Warriors in the playoffs last year. The Kings finished 3rd place in the Western Conference last season but the Warriors still had their number as they won 4 of the 7 games against them in the playoffs and also won 3 of the 4 games against them during the regular season, splitting all of their road games with the Kings. The Warriors even beat the Kings twice in this preseason with starters for both teams playing a lot of minutes in that 2nd meeting. The Warriors matchup well against the Kings and will be eager to start their season with a road win after the way they performed on the road last season.
