The Warriors are coming into this game with a 6-2 record this season and they have come out very strong in their road games as they are 5-1 on the road this year after having one of the worst road records in the NBA last year. They have come out with a point to prove in their road games this season and they are coming off of another double digit road win in their last game against the Pistons. They are going up against a Nuggets team that is 7-1 this season and are the defending champions of the NBA. The Nuggets have been playing very well all season with their only loss coming in Minnesota but they have won their last 3 games since then. They are perfect at home as well but they are also missing a key player in this game in Jamal Murray. Murray missed their last game which the Nuggets won at home by double digits against the Pelicans but they also started off very slow in that game as they were trailing big by halftime. The Nuggets managed to regroup in the 2nd half and pull away as the Pelicans have a lot of injuries to their bench depth right now, but the Warriors have a completely healthy roster for this game and they have both the talent and the depth to defend their lead if the Nuggets get out to another bad start at home. The Nuggets also have a big target on their back here as the defending champions and the Warriors will be very motivated to beat them on the road after not getting the chance to play them in the finals last year. The Warriors come out strong to win this game on the road and they will not get a better chance against the Nuggets with no Murray and a banged up Jokic.
