The Ravens are coming into this game with an 8-3 record this season and they have been playing very well in their recent games as they are shaping up to be one of the best teams in the NFL on both sides of the ball. They have won 5 of their last 6 games with their only loss in that span coming in a divisional game against the Browns but they have also won their last 2 straight road games in that span, including 1 game being in England. They are going up against a Chargers team that is 4-6 this season and needs to win this game as their season has been a big disappointment up to this point. They are coming off of a loss against the Packers in their last game, losing their last 2 straight as well as 4 of their last 6 games. Their only 2 wins in that span being wins against bad teams in the Bears and the Jets while 3 of their losses have been against some of the best teams in the NFL, losing to the Cowboys, the Lions, and the Chiefs in that span, now with the Ravens coming into town. The Ravens have not only been playing much better recently but they also match up very well against the Chargers. The Chargers are not going to be able to stop the Ravens running game here which is only going to open up their potent passing game with Lamar Jackson even more. The Chargers have not had a strong run game all season which is going to hurt them a lot here as the Ravens have one of the best passing defenses in the NFL so Herbert will need more than his arm to win this game.
