The Cowboys are coming into this game with a trend to the over at home recently as they have had 50+ points in their last 3 straight games there. They have scored over 40 points themselves in their last 3 games at home but they have also been playing a lot of bad teams with bad defenses. All 5 of their home games this season have been against teams with losing records and most of those teams have had some of the worst defenses in the NFL this season. They are going up against a Seahawks team that has been awful in their recent games but their defense has been playing very well in their road games. Other than their 37-3 loss against the Ravens, the Seahawks defense has kept teams to 17 points or less in 3 of their last 4 road games. They are coming off of a very bad loss at home against the 49ers last week but they have had a week to prepare for this game now and will be hungry to bounce back. Their offense has been awful in their recent games though as Geno Smith has been regressing and they have not been able to score more than 16 points in 3 of their last 4 games. The Cowboys have a very good defense and they are going to keep the Seahawks offense off the board with the way they have been struggling recently, but the Seahawks defense has been showing up on the road recently and they will show up in this game to keep them in it as this will also be one of the better defenses the Cowboys have had to face at home this season. Between these two teams, this is going to be a lower scoring game that stays under the total.
