AMEDEUS' CBB NCAA HARDCOURT HAMMER!
(NCAAB) Texas A&M vs. Nebraska,
Point Spread: 1.00 | -110.00 Texas A&M (Away)
Result: Win
Texas A&M is coming into this game with a 20-14 record this season and they were 9-9 in their conference. They were not one of the stronger teams in their conference this season but they did go on a little run in their conference tournament as they have been heating up in their recent games. They lost in their 3rd round of the tournament in a 5 point loss to Florida but they had dominant wins over Kentucky and Ole Miss by 9+ points as well. They have also been playing very well recently as they have won 5 of their last 6 games, getting very hot toward the end of the season, and they are going to be hungry to bounce back here as they have been sitting on that close loss for a week. Texas A&M is also going to be motivated here as they ended up losing in the 1st round of the tournament last year so they are going to draw from that experience in this game. They have had some success against the Big 10 style this season as well as they have dominant wins over Ohio State and Penn State by 7+ points earlier this season. They are going up against a Nebraska team that is 23-10 this season and they were 12-8 in their conference. They lost by 11 points in their conference tournament to Illinois, but they have been heating up in their recent games. They have won 3 of their last 4 as well as 7 of their last 9 games, but a lot of those wins also came against the teams in the bottom half of their conference. Nebraska does not have a lot of tournament experience either as this is their 1st time back to any postseason tournament in years, and even in their last few years they have failed to get past the 1st round of their own conference tournament. Even this season, they beat Indiana in their 1st round but lost to Illinois in their 2nd round after blowing a large lead in the game and the lights are going to be too bright for this team here while Texas A&M will have the chip on their shoulder from not getting past the 1st round last year. Texas A&M will cover the spread in this game.
