He is going to have another good performance here as he has been very consistent this season, and the Rays have not had a very good offense this year either as they are near the bottom of the league. Aaron Civale is starting for the Rays in this game and he is 2-4 with a 5.37 ERA this season. He only allowed 1 earned run in his last start which was against the Orioles, but they still lost that game 3-1. He has allowed at least 3 earned runs in 2 of his last 4 starts and he has not had a single start in his 12 starts this season which he allowed no runs at all in. The Rays have been struggling on offense this season as well, and they have not been getting up for his starts recently as the team has scored 2 runs or less in 2 of his last 3 as well as 3 of his last 5 starts, averaging just a little over 2 runs scored per game in that span. The Orioles have a much stronger offense and that is going to be a big reason why they win this game as they also have the better starter on the mound that will pitch deep into this game and keep the Rays offense at bay here.
