Cal State Northridge is coming into this game with a 22-10 record this season and they are 14-6 in the conference. They are coming off of a 75-73 loss against Louisville in their conference tourny and they have not been playing well to end the season as they have lost 3 of their last 4 games, their only win coming against Cal by 5 points in the ACC Tournament. They do have 4 wins in their last 7 games, but even their wins have been in much closer games recently as 3 of their last 4 wins have been by 5 points or less. They will be at home here and have been better at home recently, winning their last 4 straight games there, but 3 of those 4 wins also came by 5 points or less. Stanford was 9-3 in the non-conference schedule and had 4 common opponents with CSUN. Stanford beat Denver, UC Davis, and Cal State Fullerton, all of those being teams that CSUN beat, but Stanford actually lost at home to Cal Poly and gave up 97 points in that game, a team that CSUN beat twice this season both home and away. Stanford has certainly not been playing their best in these last few games of the season and CSUn has some big advantages here as well. CSUN has been better than Stanford this season with their rebounding as well as their defending, and they have also been shooting better as well.
