This line screams trap game, but there are several trends/matchups that make this line too hard to pass up. Road favorites are an absurd 28-9 (75.7%) straight up this season and 25-10-2 ATS, making the 2.5 line an intriguing consideration as well. The Rams are also just 1-5 ATS this season and haven't covered since Week 3. Even with the return of Cooper Kupp they are getting too much respect again because of who the coach and quarterback are.

For this matchup, its just hard to see how the Rams will hold up in pass protection against a formidable Vikings front. The Rams also lack secondary personnel who can stand up to Justin Jefferson. I like the Vikings to plow through this trap and get to 6-1 against a below-average LA squad.
