- ECU has rattled off 3 straight wins after the coaching change and have seemed to rally around the change. Even taking to social media to stop the coaching search and keep Blake Harrell, and that is exactly what ECU did as of Monday morning.

- Navy's defense continues to be pretty poor, specifically against the pass. Since the change from Jake Garcia to Katin Houser, ECU's passing attack is much improved. Having a QB with less INT than TD would help that. Houser comes into this week with a 16:8 ratio, compared to Garcia's 8:12.

- After NFL prospect, Shavon Revel, went down with a season-ending injury the pass D took a pretty big step back. Fortunately, that should not hurt them in this matchup against Navy's triple option attack. ECU's rush defense isn't too bad.

- Ideally ECU gets up early and Navy struggles to keep up.
