I will be following these two teams this year and play a lot of Under in their games. Yes, the defenses are poor, but these were two of the worst offensive teams in the nation last year and this year will be no different. IUPUI comes in having averaged just 43.5 ppg through their first two games, while Chicago State has put up just 57.5 ppg in their first two games. As I stated, the defenses are bad, but with two slow-paced offenses that can't score, I don't see the defenses being a factor in this one. Lastly, the Under is 10-2 in IUPUI's last 12 games after scoring less than 50 points in their previous game and 19-7-1 in Chicago State's last 27 games vs. a team with a winning % below .400.
