This is the second-half of a back-to-back for the Wizards. They have the worst net rating (-13.7) in the NBA. Washington has 12 straight losses and the only one that wasn't by at least 12 points was a nine-point defeat. They're terrible. The Clippers are rested, recently won five in a row, and beat the spread in all of those games. Only one of those five wins was by less than 11 points, and it came against the Warriors as underdogs.
