Buffalo is averaging three goals per game during its last three games going against better defenses than Florida's. Evander Kane is enjoying a fine season for the Sabres and Jack Eichel has superstar potential. So the Sabres have weapons.

The Sabres also remain without their top defenseman as Rasmus Ristolainen is out with an upper-body injury.
