It's not often I look to fade Toronto. But this spot sets up well for the home underdog. Orlando is at its best taking points. The Magic have covered 69 percent the past 26 times they've been underdogs.
The Magic should be at their best for this home game. They've been idle since Friday and will have back their most impactful player and leading scorer, Aaron Gordon. He had missed Orlando's last five games and the Magic's offense felt his absence. The Magic had covered three of their last four before Gordon went out with a concussion.
Frank Vogel is coaching for his future with Orlando. So I'm expecting a strong effort from the Magic. Orlando also has revenge motivation from a 117-104 home loss suffered to the Raptors on Feb. 28.
Nothing against the Raptors here. They are the best team in the Eastern Conference right now. However, they could be down after having their 11-game win streak end on Sunday with a 132-125 loss to the Thunder. The Raptors also have a bigger challenge on deck tomorrow when they play at the Cavaliers. So even if the Raptors are able to built a decent-size lead the backdoor should be firmly open for the Magic.
(Editor's note: Stephen Nover has won 64 percent of his last 15 premium NBA plays and is 11-4-1 for 73 percent on his last 16 college basketball premium plays. Don't miss any of his plays, all of which are guaranteed!)
