Power rating-wise this line comes out short. It wouldn't surprise if Buffalo were to win the Mid-American Conference Tournament - if there is one this season - and Central Michigan is one of the worst teams in the conference.
The Chippewas have only been able to beat one MAC team, Eastern Michigan, who happens to be tied for the worst record in the league at 1-6. Central Michigan lost its other MAC games to Bowling Green (twice), Kent State, Toledo and Akron. 
Central Michigan has one of the worst defenses in the country giving up 77.7 points a game. The Chippewas have been even worse in conference play. If you discount a 75-64 victory versus Eastern Michigan, the Chippewas are surrendering an average of 89.4 points in their past five games. They are 0-6 ATS the last six times facing above .500 opponents. 
Buffalo has the scorers to take advantage. The Bulls are the 22nd highest scoring team in the nation averaging 82.4 points. They are the highest-scoring team in the MAC, while Central Michigan carries the worst defensive efficiency rating in the league.
