The Browns already have a game under their belt, and they rallied to beat the Jets in the Hall of Fame Game. It was a coming out party for DTR, and we should see plenty of him here against Washington. We might also see the starters get some time, while Washington is just getting their feet wet here. Kevin Stefanski has shown a desire to win in the pre-season, and a willingness to give his starters some time. There is no doubt that the team playing it's second pre-season game has an advantage against the team playing it's first.
