A one loss Alabama team still has a chance to make the playoffs, but a close game here against an Auburn team that lost by three scores at home to New Mexico State last week isn't going to look good on the resume. Alabama needs to win, and win big in the Iron Bowl. There will be those that say "the is a rivalry game" ... but I would counter with the fact that Alabama has won seven of the last nine, and six of those seven wins have come by more than 14 points. I am not sure these teams have been farther apart in recent seasons.
