I believe this number is way too low here tonight. I expect for the Utes to have a high scoring offense this season and for Michigan to be improved as well. Jim Harbaugh is expected to return this Wolverines team back to a National Championship contender and he probably will over time, but they aren't that just yet. I look for close to 60 points in this one, take the Over.
