Today I am taking the Seattle Mariners as home favorites against the Houston Astros. Both teams are a long shot to make the playoffs, but they both had seasons that they can build on and feel pretty good going into 2017. Today I am fading Doug Foster who has been awful and really lowered his value going into the off season. He cost himself a lot of money by going 0-4 with a 9.35 ERA in his last 6 starts. Take Seattle as they knock him around again and Paxton delivers us a quality start. Take the Mariners.
