Today I am taking the Pittsburgh Pirates as small home favorites against the Colorado Rockies. The Pirates have dropped the first two in this series and they are going to salvage the finale at home this afternoon. The Pirates wasted a solid start from Trevor Williams on Tuesday but will take advantage Wednesday when Chad Kuhl does the same thing and delivers a quality start. Pittsburgh is still 11-6 and this early start is an advantage for them in my opinion considering this is like a morning game for the Rockies with the time zone they are use to. Take Pittsburgh as they get back in the win column and start our Thursday off with a win!
