NYCFC will be hungry here after a 3-0 defeat to Cincinnati last Saturday. In fact NYCFC has lost three straight across all matches. That's significant to note though, as NYCFC is in fact 7-3 in its last ten after three or more straight losses in a row.
It beat Montreal 1-0 on the road back on July 1st, but I'm expecting a more decisive victory here.
CF Montreal is now poised for a letdown after having won all but one of it last five across all competitions.
