Both teams are 1-0. I'm not calling for an outright upset or anything, but I do absolutely believe that the stage is set for a much more competitive battle than what the oddsmakers are trying to lead us to believe.
Siena held on for a tighter-than-expected 73-71 win over Holy Cross in its opener, while Richmond rolled over VMI 93-71.
The Saints had three players score in double-digits, while Richmond had two.
The lack of scoring depth for the Spiders is something they'll have to figure out before the end of the season if they want to be true contendors.
Either way, this is a few too many points in my opinion.
