This is a 10* IL TOY on the OVER Mets/Mariners.

These teams have been involved in several lower-scoring games of late, including in the Mariners 6-0 win yesterday, but everything finally points to explosive fireworks in the PNW on Saturday night in my opinion, and I'm therefore recommending a play on the OVER.

Note that the Mets have in fact seen the total go OVER the number in seven of their last ten in trying to avenge a shutout road loss against an interleague opponent as well (note that the Mets have in fact seen the total go UNDER in eight straight now as well.)

Sean Manaea (8-4, 3.30 ERA) gets the starting call for the Mets and Logan Gilbert (6-8, 3.05 ERA) counters for the home side.

It's difficult to say too many negative things about either of these guys, hence the low total here. But the overall situation, combined with the numbers/trends all point to the "OVER" as the correct call finally as far as the total is concerned in this one.
