Columbia is 1-0 after an 81-78 win at Loyolay Maryland to kick off the season two nights ago. The Lions failed to cover the spread of 6-points and the total flew OVER the number of 142.5.
Villanova is off a 75-63 win over Lafayette, unable to cover the 19.5-point spread, and the total went OVER the number of 127.5.
The Wildcats are once again a big fav here, but I'm going to instead focus on the total. Most are expecting another shootout, but I say this O/U line is now a bit TOO high.
Nova has seen the total go UNDER the number in three of its last four after an ATS home loss as a favorite dating to last year, and I say that trend continues here.
Look for this total to stay UNDER the number once it's all said and done.
