This is a 10* NON-CONF GOY on Kent State.

As primarily a situational capper, this one falls right into my "wheelhouse" so to speak.

Just really love the way this one sets up for Kent State.

The Golden Flashes are 3-1 SU, but 1-3 ATS, including losing three straight against the spread after its most recent 76-73 win over Niagara. Note though that dating to last year the Flashes are 5-1 ATS in their last six after three or more ATS losses in a row.

The Cleveland State Vikings are just 3-3 SU, but they've won five straight ATS. That fact is also impotant to take into consideration here, as the Vikings are just 2-6 ATS in their last eight after five or more straight ATS victories in a row.

With a home game vs. the 0-6 NJIT Highlanders after this, I think the Vikes are going to get caught looking ahead here.

After this Kent has a few days off before three straight Tourney games.

Everything points to KENT STATE as the savvy call in this matchup.
