AAA's 10* TOTAL "ART OF WAR!" (Signature Pick!)
(NHL) Chicago vs. Carolina,
Total: 5.00 | 106.00 Under
Result: Loss
Total: 5.00 | 106.00 Under
Result: Loss
This is a 10* TOTAL ART OF WAR on the OVER between the Chicago Blackhawks and the Carolina Hurricanes.
Neither of these teams has been playing to many high-scoring affairs of late, but I feel that the conditions are now right for a shootout and expect this total to eclipse the posted number once the final horn blares. Chicago is still gunning for the Central division crown and it'll look to bounce back after an ugly 4-0 loss to Dallas on Saturday The Blackhawks have now uncharacteristically been shut out in each of their three previous defeats. A date vs. Carolina is just what the doctor ordered to get untracked though, Chicago would hammer the Hurricanes 5-2 on March 2nd, who have gone 2-4-3 since that game. Carolina is all but assured to miss the postseason and is most recently coming off a 3-2 shootout loss to the Rangers on Saturday. Note that the Blackhawks have seen the total go OVER the number in seven of 11 after a loss by two goals or more in their previous contest and in six of 11 after playing to three or more consecutive UNDERS. And note that Carolina has seen the total sail above the posted number in 12 of 22 non-conference games. In my opinion, the writing is on the wall and a high-scoring blowout is in the cards, all signs do indeed point to the OVER as the savvy move in this contest.
