This is a 10* play on the UNDER between the Houston Rockets and the LA Clippers.
These two teams have already combined to put a lot of points on the board in this series, but I feel that the conditions are now finally right for a lower-scoring UNDER. As with all of my Over/Under picks at this time of year, I feel that this play is as strong as you could possibly ask for from a "situational" stand point: Houston has its back against the wall, a 3-1 deficit will likely be too much for the team to overcome, but a victory today and a series tied 2-2 heading back home would be massive obviously. The Rockets are a much better team defensively than what they've shown to this point and it will be all hands on deck today, expect pressure from the visitors from the opening tip until the final horn. It's not going to be easy though, LA will be looking to continue to do what it's doing as well, it would actually hold Houston to under 100 points in Game 3, the first time the Rockets missed the century mark or better since early April. Note that the Rockets have seen the total go UNDER the number in eight of 15 this year after playing to three or more consecutive OVERs, while LA has seen the total dip below the posted number in four of six this season in the same position.
