We like the Seattle Mariners to defeat the Oakland Athletics on Saturday at 9:40pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Seattle lost yesterday's game, but can still go ahead in this series at home against the A's with a win today.

The Mariners will start Bryce Miller who was actually really good last season with an earned run average of less than three.

Oakland is still not a very good baseball team and didn't make too many offseason changes.

The A's will start Osvaldo Bido and he's alright, but definitely not as good as Miller.

We think that the Mariners go up in the series tonight.
