Carolina has lost five straight and will be desperate to break the slide. Calgary is coming off a hard-fought OT loss to the Lightning. Both teams are going to be opening it up today as they look to avoid another setback. For me, this is strictly a situational play. No need to overanalyze it, I expect these teams to open it up and for this total to go OVER the number sooner, rather than later.
