The Houston Astros suffered a 12-0 beating by the hands of the Toronto Blue Jays on Sunday. The Cincinnati Reds meanwhile are coming off an 11-3 triumph over Texas and I think they'll keep rolling here in the opener of a three-game series.

The Reds hand the ball to Luis Castillo (6-1, 2.20 ERA) for his first career start against Houston. Castillo is having an outstanding year, and he has been particularly sharp home at Great American Ball Park where he boasts a 1.87 ERA through seven starts. The Astros counter with Wade Miley (6-3, 3.14 ERA) who much like Castillo has been at his best at home. Miley owns a 4.50 ERA over seven road starts on the season while giving up 41 hits and nine walks against 22 Ks over 38 innings of work.

Reds are 9-3 in Castillos last 12 home starts vs. a team with a winning record.
