The Atlanta Braves opened this series with a 5-3 victory and look good to pick up another W here in Game 2 of the series Wednesday night.

Atlanta left-hander Dallas Keuchel (3-5, 4.83 ERA) was roughed up for eight runs on 10 hits (three homers) in just 3 2/3 innings against Miami last time out. Keuchel is still an elite pitcher and should bounce back with a big performance here. "I don't think it ever gets easier giving up a bunch of runs, but one thing I can look back on is tomorrow's a new day," Keuchel said after the loss. "It's just one of those days you're happy the game's over with. They hit the ball good, they scored a bunch of runs."

This will be Keuchel's first career start against the Mets who counter with left-hander Steven Matz (7-7, 4.49 ERA). Matz is 1-1 with a 6.23 ERA in three starts against the Braves this season.
