The Dallas Mavericks have won three on the bounce and eight of their last nine following a 118-97 win over New Orleans Tuesday night. They're a home favorite here against Minnesota but might find themselves in a tough spot with heavy legs.

They'll face a Timberwolves team that has the fourth-highest pace factor in the league and will be playing on two days rest, so the visitors will surely make the Mavs run up and down the court.

Scoring points is never an issue for the Mavericks who enter Wednesday with the highest offensive efficiency rating in the NBA, but playing on no rest might very well show on the defensive end.
